Julien Gosset — Associate
Julien is a litigator at Reconstruct LLP with a practice focused on commercial disputes and formal restructurings under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act and Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act. He provides the technical analysis and evidentiary rigor required to advance high-stakes mandates, including contractual disputes, shareholder litigation, and debt enforcement.
Julien’s background in economics and mathematics provides a quantitative advantage in the analysis of complex financial disputes. Julien thrives on high-stakes mandates, having developed his competitive intensity as a Division 1 National Champion in squash while at Harvard University.
Prior to joining RECON, Julien summered and articled at other Bay Street firms. He obtained his Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School and his Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University where he was a tutor of economics, math and science, and a volunteer for the Canadian Centre for Victims of Torture.
