The Founders
Founded by Caitlin Fell and Sharon Kour, RECON was built to deliver sophisticated legal strategy without the bureaucracy of traditional Bay Street firms. After building their careers on Bay Street alongside some of Canada’s leading restructuring and litigation lawyers, Caitlin and Sharon created a boutique firm designed for agility, specialization, and deep investment in client outcomes.
