Natasha is a skilled restructuring and insolvency lawyer who brings years of experience advising corporations, lenders, court officers, creditors, DIP lenders, and other stakeholders on business-critical matters. She is well-known by the restructuring bar for her practical judgment, strategic mindset, and ability to guide clients through complex and high-pressure situations with confidence.

Her practice is primarily focused on matters arising under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act and the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, including restructurings, financing and recapitalization transactions, receiverships, bankruptcies, and related litigation and disputes. Natasha regularly works with stakeholders to develop effective strategies that preserve value, manage risk, and achieve efficient outcomes.

Prior to joining RECON, Natasha practiced as a restructuring and insolvency lawyer at Stikeman Elliott LLP and McCarthy Tétrault LLP. In those roles, she was involved in some of the largest and most complex insolvency proceedings in Canada.

An active member of the professional community, Natasha serves on the TMA NextGen Toronto committee and volunteers with Pro Bono Ontario as a Hotline Volunteer. She is also a member of the Turnaround Management Association, the International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation, the Advocates’ Society, and the Ontario Bar Association.
